About our Kid Studio Workshops
How we create the program: We keep in mind these elements to provide a strong creative experience for your kid: engagement, freedom to explore, and skill building.
Ability Levels: Since this is a K-6 workshop, the projects are matched to reach each student's ability level. Older students ( 3rd-5th grades) will be encouraged to apply more thought process into projects and at times will have a different materials to complete their art project than the younger ones.
Time: Most workshops are 60-75 minutes. Depending on how fast kids complete the project.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up: You are welcome to drop- off your kid, however please make sure to arrive five minutes prior to end of class for pick-up.
Location: Workshops at the Craft+Light Studio
We are located in Naples Long Beach
at 5614 E. 2nd Street Long Beach, CA.
Cancellation Policy: We understand plans sometimes change, however, due to the preparation of the workshop should you need to cancel, the studio offers studio credit only for workshop at the same price. Please email: connect@craftandlight.org to reschedule.
Our workshops are just the perfect thing afterschool or join us online to add to any of your enrichment at home activities. Craft Kits for virtual workshops are provided to kids in many cities: Los Angeles, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Manhattan Beach, Torrance, Bellflower, Garden Grove, Cypress, and Rossmoor.

Artsapolooza! Week #1
Week #1: June 17-21, 2024 9-4PM
$465.00
We are offering full day camps from 9-3PM and half days (9-12PM)for kids grades K-5. This camp will give kids loads of fun creating arts and crafts! This year, we are having themed days and each day will represents a wonderful new theme. Kids will have making a variety of arts and crafts projects that reflect the themes: "Under the Sea Exploration" “Space Odyssey” and “Upcycle/Recycle” and more! They’ll make a variety of crafts such as galaxy jars, macrame flower hangers, learn how to paint with alcohol ink , create terrariums, design with glitter, work with wood and discover many other art mediums. In addition to the many projects they will create, kids will start their day working a grand culminating project they will watch grow throughout the days of camp. There is a 20 minute gluten free snack break in the morning and 30 minute lunch time ( Parent provided). A camp shirt is also provided. Kids will play and create within this full schedule. Early drop-off and later pick-up is also available.
