Workshops

Each workshop is taught by an instructor who has demonstrated strong teaching skills and a finished product to provide you with a great learning experience. Each workshop is well-planned and materials and equipment are provided for each participant. All workshops are for participants 16 and older, unless otherwise noted. Host A Workshop

Workshop Registration Is Required

Please register for a workshop online prior to coming in. We prepare our materials based on the number of designers registered. Therefore, there are no walk-ins to workshops.
Studio Credit and Cancellation Policy

Due to cost of materials and planning, refunds are not provided, however studio credit for another class (same value) will be given if rescheduling needs to be made. Please let us know 24 hours, before your workshop, if you need to reschedule.
MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES

All classes include all needed materials in the class fee. If we need you to bring materials to make your project personal, we will notify you prior to your arrival.
PARKING

Parking is located on 2nd Street. Please note that after 5 PM, there is no parking in front of the studio; however, parking is available on 2nd Street near Tivoli. If you are having trouble and are running behind, please safely give us a call at (562) 588-9407, and we will modify your workshop experience so you can still enjoy the time.
Can I bring beer or wine to the workshops?

While we cannot sell beer or wine, you are welcome to bring your own for any 21+ event. Age requirements will be indicated when you register. For more information, call us at (562) 588-9407 or email connect@craftandlight.org.
What types of crafts can I do at Craft + Light?

At Craft + Light, we offer a variety of crafts including soapmaking, crocheting, knitting, lettering, acrylic painting, ceramics, scrapbooking, mosaics, jewelry making, and more. FINISH YOUR CRAFT PROJECT USING OUR CRAFT+LIGHT SUPPLIES

If you want to work on a special project from home, you can use our supplies? Yes! We’d love to help you complete your amazing project. Register for our WORKTABLE and have a seat. WORKTABLE is $20.00/hr for use of materials not including Cricut or Silhouette machinery(additional cost.)
Are children allowed in the workshops?

Most of our workshops are designed for participants aged 13 and older. Please check the specific workshop details for age requirements. Teens aged 13 and above are welcome and will be charged for one seat. For more information, call us at (562) 588-9407 or email connect@craftandlight.org.
